Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Guests must show a photo ID and credit card at check-in, and should inform the property of their arrival time in advance.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type and selected booking option. Please review the terms of the option you want to book before confirmation.
Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of USD 50, or the equivalent in EGP, is required on arrival. It is collected as a cash payment and refunded on departure after inspection of the property.
Age restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 20.
Children policy
Children are warmly welcome. Please share the number of children and their ages when requesting your booking so we can arrange accordingly.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted inside units or corridors. Designated smoking areas are available outside the units.
Payment policy
Bookings are confirmed after our team contacts you and receives the required payment or deposit details according to the booking type.
Accepted payment options
Accepted payment options include cash, transfers or payment links, and payment cards depending on booking type and availability.
Parties and events
Parties or events inside accommodation units are not allowed without prior arrangement. Hall bookings are confirmed separately based on date and attendee count.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Privacy policy
We use your data solely to process your request and communicate about your stay. We do not share it with external parties without your consent, except for operational necessities like payment processing.
